Refund & Cancellation Policy

At TRIDHA Organics, we strive to ensure that your shopping experience is as smooth and hassle-free as possible. This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains the process for cancellations, returns, and refunds of products purchased from our online store. Please read it carefully before making any purchase.
1. Cancellations
1.1 Cancellation by the Customer
- You can cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it. After this period, cancellations may not be accepted.
- To cancel an order, please contact our customer service team at tridha.organics@gmail.com. Ensure to mention your order ID for a quick resolution.
1.2 Cancellation by the Seller
We reserve the right to cancel an order due to the following reasons:
- Product Unavailability: If the product is out of stock or discontinued.
- Pricing Errors: In case of a pricing error or mispricing.
- Fraudulent Orders: If we detect any suspicious activity or potential fraud in an order.
In such cases, we will notify you via email and issue a full refund to the original payment method within 3-5 days.
2. Returns
2.1 Conditions for Return
We want you to be happy with your purchase. You may return an item if:
- The product is defective or damaged upon arrival.
- The product is incorrect or does not match your order.
- The product is unused, unopened, and in resellable condition, with original tags and packaging intact.
Returns must be made within 2 days of receiving the order. Please ensure that the item is in its original condition and packaging.
2.2 Non-returnable Products
Certain products are non-returnable due to hygiene or other reasons. These include, but are not limited to:
- Perishable goods (e.g., food items).
- Personal care products (e.g., cosmetics, grooming items).
- Custom-made or personalized items.
- Downloadable content (e.g., e-books, software).
2.3 Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact us at tridha.organics@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for return. We will guide you through the process and may provide you with a return shipping label if applicable.
Important: Return shipping charges may apply depending on the reason for the return (e.g., if the return is due to a defect, we will bear the return shipping costs). However, if the return is due to a change of mind or non-defective items, the return shipping charges will be borne by the customer.
3. Refunds
3.1 Refund Process
Once your returned product is received and inspected, we will process your refund to the original payment method. This can take up to 3-5 business days after we confirm the return and inspect the product.
- Credit/Debit Cards: Refunds will be credited back to the same card used for the purchase.
- Net Banking/UPI: Refunds will be processed to the same account from which the payment was made.
- Cash on Delivery: Refunds will be issued via bank transfer or wallet, depending on your preference.
Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
3.2 Partial Refunds
In certain cases, such as when an item is opened or used, a partial refund may be issued. If the returned product is found to be damaged or missing parts that affect its resale value, a partial refund may be deducted based on the condition of the item.
3.3 Non-refundable Items
- Shipping charges (for both delivery and return) are non-refundable unless the product is damaged or defective.
- Any applicable restocking fees will be deducted for returned items that are not in their original condition.
4. Exchange Policy
We currently do not offer exchanges for products. However, if the item you received is defective, damaged, or incorrect, you may return it for a full refund or request a replacement. Please contact us within 2 days of receiving the product to process a return.
5. Defective or Damaged Products
5.1 Reporting Defective or Damaged Items
If the product you received is defective, damaged, or not what you ordered, please contact us within 2 days of receiving the item. We will either replace the item or issue a full refund, depending on the availability of the product.
5.2 Proof of Damage
In case of damaged or defective items, we may ask for photographic evidence or a video to process your return and refund request. This helps us improve our services and prevent future issues.
6. Refund Timeline
Once your return is approved:
- Refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days.
- The exact time for the refund to reflect in your account will depend on your payment provider or bank.
